We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your current item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union – Right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email. The item must be returned in its original condition, as described above.

Refunds
